| Abstract |
In memory of founding member Veronica Collens 1943-2006, a panel discussion on how comprehensive Sex Education helps prevent child abuse.
Can sex education help prevent child abuse? With paedophilia and other issues related to children having engaged national concern, it is crucial that the matter be aired through public discussions which will help in formulating strategies to combat child abuse.
To this end, members of the public are invited to listen to expert panelists and to offer their own ideas. This event is one of the Humanist Forum series, which is intended to promote informed and rational discussion in Trinidad and Tobago. |
